Brand Presence Management
Brand Presence Management
Everything a shopper sees of a brand on Amazon: detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Store and brand protection, built and maintained as one presentation.
Amazon Solution Provider category: Enhanced Brand Content
What this service is
Brand presence management covers the whole of how a brand appears on Amazon: the detail page a shopper lands on, the A+ Content beneath it, the Brand Store they browse, and the consistency of all three across every marketplace the brand sells in. We build that presentation and maintain it as products, packaging and positioning change.
Detail page content has a specific job. It answers the questions that stop a shopper buying, in a format most people scan rather than read. We plan content against the objections that actually appear in a category's reviews and questions, rather than restating features the shopper has already seen in the bullet points. The same discipline applies to the Brand Store: navigation built around how shoppers actually browse the range, not around the brand's internal product hierarchy.
The work runs under Amazon Brand Registry, which is what makes A+ Content, Brand Stores and the brand protection tools available in the first place. Where a brand is not yet enrolled, enrolment is the first step of the engagement.
Every module is built to Amazon's current A+ Content specifications, including image dimensions, character limits, and the content policies governing claims, references to other retailers, and pricing or promotional language. Content that fails moderation costs time, so we check against those rules before submission rather than after rejection.

Benefits
What this gives you
- Detail pages that address the questions shoppers ask in that category, informed by review and search query data
- Content built to current A+ specifications, reducing the moderation rejections that delay publication
- One consistent brand presentation across detail pages, the Brand Store and every marketplace
- Unauthorised listings and content changes identified and acted on rather than discovered late
- Layered source files retained and handed over, so the brand keeps its assets
Expertise
How the work is done
Our creative team works to Amazon's A+ Content specifications and content policies, including the restrictions on comparative claims, references to other retailers, and pricing or promotional language.
Content planning starts with the review, question and search query data for the category, so modules answer objections shoppers actually raise and titles carry terms shoppers actually use.
We produce and retain layered source files, so content can be updated or localised later without being rebuilt.
Brand Registry work is handled directly with Amazon, including the documentation that enrolment and enforcement submissions require.
Process
How an engagement runs
Presence audit
Review of existing detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Store and Brand Registry status, plus category research, producing a written content plan per ASIN or product family.
Concept and copy
Module structure, page architecture and written copy agreed with the client before any design work begins.
Design and build
Modules, imagery and Store pages produced to specification, with a client review round before submission.
Publication and monitoring
Content submitted, moderation outcomes tracked, rejections resolved and resubmitted, then monitored for third-party changes.
Data access
Selling Partner API roles used by this service
Where this service needs access to a client’s Amazon account data, that access is granted by the selling partner and limited to the roles below. Each is used for the stated purpose and nothing else.
| Role | Why this service needs it |
|---|---|
| Product Listing | To create and update listings, attributes and A+ Content for the client's catalogue on their behalf. |
| Selling Partner Insights | To measure detail page traffic and conversion before and after content changes, so the effect of the work can be reported. |
| Brand Analytics | To read search query performance for the brand's own terms, which informs listing copy and content priorities. |
A selling partner can withdraw this authorisation at any time through Amazon. See our data protection page for how the data is stored, used and deleted.
Training and monitoring
Or we train your team and monitor their work
Where a brand would rather keep content work in-house, we train the team that will do it and then monitor their output rather than replacing them.
Training is delivered against the client's own account, catalogue and Brand Store, so the material transfers directly to the work the team will be doing. Every programme produces written standard operating procedures the client keeps.
A+ Content and Brand Store training
Module specifications and submission, Store construction, Amazon's content policies, and diagnosing moderation rejections.
Listing copy training
Writing titles, bullets and backend search terms against search query data, within Amazon's content rules.
Ongoing work monitoring
Scheduled review of the team's published content against specification and policy, with written feedback and corrections where needed.
Documented procedures
Written standard operating procedures and an account-specific reference, so the team is not dependent on any one individual.
Pricing
What this costs
Priced per ASIN or per Brand Store project. Content refresh, brand monitoring and team training are available on retainer.
We price on a quote basis because fees depend on catalogue size, marketplace count and the volume of work involved. There is no charge for the scoping call or the written proposal that follows it.
