Pricing
We price on a quote basis. Fees depend on catalogue size, the number of marketplaces, which services are included, and the volume of work involved, so a single published rate would not describe what most engagements actually cost.
The model
How our pricing works
- Ongoing services are charged as a fixed monthly retainer, agreed in advance and reviewed quarterly. The retainer covers the scope set out in the engagement agreement.
- Project work, such as a catalogue audit, an advertising restructure or an A+ Content build, is quoted as a fixed price before the work begins.
- Training is quoted per programme, based on the modules included and the number of participants.
- There is no charge for the initial scoping call or for the written proposal that follows it.
- Amazon fees, advertising spend, and any third-party software the engagement requires are paid by the client directly and are not marked up by us.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. Retainers run monthly, and either side can end an engagement with 30 days' written notice.

Quotes follow a thirty-minute call and a look at the account. The more we can see, the more precise the quote. There is no charge for the call or the written proposal that follows it.
